Shipping and Return Policy
U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.
For orders under $150, the following flat shipping rates apply:
$9: AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, MT, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY
$15: All other U.S. states not listed above
$25: HI, AK, and other remote islands
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During high-volume periods, including product launches and promotions, processing and delivery times may be extended.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. x-girl is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order, regardless of the original order amount or any free shipping promotions.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, x-girl is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
x-girl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide, except where restricted by shipping regulations or internal policy.
International shipping is not available to the following countries/regions:

Belarus
Congo
Crimea
Cuba
Iran
Iraq
Japan

Liberia
Libya
Mainland China
Moldova

Please note that all international orders are subject to customs and import duties, as well as other applicable taxes and fees, and they will be calculated at checkout.
Returns
We want you to love your x-girl purchase as much as we do.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items, provided that you notify us of your return request within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached (items with removed or cut tags will not be accepted)
Items must be returned in resellable condition
Items must be neatly folded and placed back in the original packaging, in the same condition as when received
Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, excessive wrinkling, or improper handling will not be accepted
To initiate a return, please contact info@x-girl.com to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a return shipping label. The return package must be shipped within 7 days from the date the return label is issued. If the return package is not shipped within that 7-day period, the return request may be rejected.
If a returned item is delivered to us but the shipment date shows that it was shipped more than 7 days after the return label was issued, the return will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing period. Refunds will be issued for returned item(s) only and will not include any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.
Right to Refuse Returns
x-girl reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Items returned in a condition that is clearly not resellable may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
x-girl also reserves the right to reject any return that is shipped more than 7 days after the return label has been issued, even if the package is eventually delivered to us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
Sale or discounted items
Limited edition or promotional items
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Underwear, socks, or other hygiene-sensitive items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or item, please complete the return process (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Approved claims will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.
