Is your website secure?
X-girl takes website security seriously. We use the latest industry standard SSL encryption to protect your personal information.

What is your privacy policy?
X-girl does not share any of your information to third parties. Your shipping address may be shared with courier services (USPS, FedEx, etc.) for shipping purposes. Your credit card information is used only through our secure credit card processor for your payment, and is not stored.

How much does shipping cost?
X-girl ships using various courier services. The charge of the courier you select will be calculated at the end of your shopping cart and is dependent on the weight of your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we can ship to countries outside of the United States. However, we do not ship our products to Mainland China where we establish our own retail/online presence or exclusive distributor(s). Please visit here. Please note that all international orders are FINAL SALES - no return/exchange is accepted. Also, international customers are responsible for any applicable CUSTOM/DUTY, etc,

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Will I receive a notification when I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided within 1-2 hours of purchase.

Where can I get a promotion code?
Occasionally, we run exclusive promotions and discounts on X-GIRL.com for customers signed up to our mailing list. We are currently preparing to start email newsletter, so be sure to keep your eyes on our sitte and sign up as soon as it gets ready. Also check our Instagram. Often times we have different promotions for each.

I have received my order, but something is missing, damaged or wrong, what should I do?
We apologize for any mistakes. Please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Can I make a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind you can return the item within 14 business days. The item has to be in the condition you received it in. The item must be in it's original protective bag with tags still affixed. It must be in sell-able condition to complete the return. We will credit you back on the same payment method. Please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. *1) All items you purchase at DISCOUNTED PRICE or with PROMO CODE as well as 2) all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are FINAL SALES - No return or exchange accepted. 

Will my tee’s shrink?
Most of our tee’s are 100% cotton and are printed on pre-shrunk tee blanks. Still, if you tumble dry, especially at higher temperatures, some shrinkage may occur. If you want your tee to shrink as little as possible, for best results, wash cold and hang to dry. Washing cold is also the best for retaining color and print quality.
